How will I work ?

** We start with a contract and half of the price.

** I create sketches based on your idea, refining them.

After finalizing the sketch, I collect the second half of the payment.

I'll add colors and details, with room for adjustments.

** Once approved, I'll make final refinements. Changes at this stage will be minimal.

** After completion, you'll receive a low-quality preview. The high-resolution version is sent after full payment.

Terms of Service
01.
General
-
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I do not accept or respond to enquiries if AI is used anywhere on your socials.

The commissioned artwork is not to be used for third-party, including NFTs or AI generation, AI filters/videos.

By working with me, you understand that you are paying for digital product/service only.

Communication is the key to a great work, please feel free to reach out respectfuly if there is anything you would like to discuss, any worry, when we are working together.
02.
Prices
-
Prices may vary depending on the complexity, deadline, or specific requests.

The currency accepted is British pound Sterling and must be paid through Paypal.
-
Additional fees may apply for conversion.
-
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Invoice must be paid within 48 hours of the receiption. Not before.
03.
Client Responsabilities

The client must provide clear and detailed references, descriptions, and usage.

The client is expected to respond to requests for feedback or questions from the artist within 3 business days (unless agreed otherwise)

If the client fails to respond within this time frame, the project timeline may be extended, and an additional fee may be charged for the time lost.

In cases of extended silence, after 10 business days, the project may be cancelled, and the artist reserves the right to terminate the project with no refunds.
04.
Delivery and revisions

Average completion time can be from 1 month to 3 months. This will be discussed upfront.*

Everything approved on previous steps requiring changes might result in additional fees depending of the density of the work.

If you decide to alter the brief or wants something completely different from what we agreed upon, a charge will apply.
* Sketches commissions are much faster
05.
Usage Rights and Copyrights
05.1 Artist Rights

As the artist, I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, on social media, or in promotional materials.

I agree to not publicly share the artwork for a period of 6 months from the completion date, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

After this period, I reserve the right to publish the artwork unless the client and I agree to extend the exclusivity or set a different date for public release.

I will not profit financialy from the commissioned work, except if it is a part of an artbook.
05.2 Clients Rights

The Client is purchasing the rights to use the artwork for non-commercial or commercial purposes depending on the agreed-upon terms.

Commercial purpose : For book covers and marketing materials, the client is granted commercial rights to use the artwork for promotion, distribution, and sales of the book depending of the agreement.

Non-commercial : the client has rights for personal enjoyment and sharing on social media, with proper credit given to the artist.

You may not edit, resell, or distribute the artwork without my permission.

Small edits like cropping the artwork on social media are authorised as long as it doesn't alter the watermark and signature.

For commercial use, credit must be given to the artist in all places where the artwork is publicly used (book cover, websites, socials, events).

You engage yourself to publish a low resolution file over social media.
06.
Cancellation
-
If the client cancels before the sketch is started, a partial refund of up to 90% may be issued.

No refunds will be given once the sketch has started, and I proceed with the final artwork.

If, for any reason, I (the artist) must cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Do not request a Paypal payback in any circonstances, any attempt for a chargeback will result in your loss over all rights upon the art created.
